Please note: Menzies Creek Community Hall Committee reserve the right to decline any booking application if it is deemed an inappropriate event for a community hall within a residential area or based on poor previous booking history. The Menzies Creek Community Hall is a Council owned facility. Council deem teenage birthday parties, after formal parties, after debutante parties etc to be high risk events. An additonal bond of $800 may apply. A condition of hire requires the Hall to be left in a clean and tidy condition, ready for the next Hall hirer, this includes sweeping and mopping of all floors, wiping down tables used, kitchen benches and sink. Failure to do so may result in a reduction of the bond. A re-inspection fee of $50 will be deducted from your bond if the required cleaning is not undertaken at the end of your booking. Payment - Standard Fees - $240 up to five hours, plus $20 per hour for additional hours. Standard Bond $200
Total Amount Payable :- $240 + Additional Hour Charge + Bond.
